A new book by Kim Kori has many beautiful photographs of Kim’s work, an autobiography, and information regarding her long sculpting career. She describes her work as magical realism. Her depictions of flora and fauna are executed realistically, yet her sculptures tell stories that are in a place somewhere between possible and impossible. Spurred on by a valuable and special collector, the book took her over two years to finish.
