I was asked by Lynn Lupetti to do a sculpture of a Mouse King to  accompany her marvelous painting: “The Nutcracker”  While she was working on the painting in Carmel, California, I was sculpting The Mouse King in Sedona, Arizona.  We had minimal contact so that our works of art would compliment each other without being identical.  I had so much fun doing this project, which resulted in a very confident and arrogant King-of-all-Mice.
