As a lifetime student and lover of nature, preserving the environment is very important to me. “Take only memories. Leave nothing but footprints” dates back to 1854, when stated by Chief Seattle of the Duwamish tribe. This sculpture of a chipmunk on a hike with a trail of footprints behind him is my ode to this timeless creed.
